BDAM is a sheik design, visually spacious and designed to span the whole width of the browser. The style guide uses a unique contrast of black, white and blue shades, which are targeted to remind the user of the look and feel of blues dancing parties.

My design methodology

The use of straight and curve lines compliments the contrast between two extreme shades. This evokes the history and origin of blues music and its conflicts. The navigation icons stand out from the bold design and visually translate the site’s functionality.
